The remaining days are hybrid: from home or another flexible workspace, reachable via Slack.
School agreements
If your school sets specific conditions for the placement, we agree on them before you start.
Availability
We are reachable on Slack Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. On-site you are welcome from 10:00, provided a meeting has been planned and you have been registered as a visitor. Bring a valid ID for our on-site days at our host locations.
Reporting absence
Ill or having symptoms such as a cold, sore throat, persistent cough or fever? Do not come to the office — work from home or take the rest you need. Let us know via Slack and update your Slack status so your team knows what to expect.
Workplace agreements
We work in shared and hosted offices, so leave your workplace as you found it: clean desk, nothing left on windowsills, cupboards tidy. You are often a guest in someone else's building — keep that in mind in your language and behaviour. It is fine to work together with classmates or friends you run into.
